Resolution: - Emirates people should prepare to know these concepts such living together is permissible in other religion. Then accommodate with other religion and they must respect belief for other countries. So, they must accept other and be open-minded for new concepts.
Time:
Everything in Sweden is punctual and efficient and it is expected that this rule will be followed. Buses and trains tend to be very on schedule as well, so expats shouldn’t necessarily count on a 5- to 10-minute buffer when viewing a schedule.
Conflict: Swedish people are very accurate in appointments, and they estimate the value of time unlike with some emirates people they perhaps are late for appointments.
Resolution: respect the time is very necessary when emirates people travel to Sweden, For emirates people they must be on time in the meeting , airport , trips appointments . Therefore , they must accommodate and they should abide by laws in Sweden .
Cleanness:
Swedes are serious about recycling. Expats should take care to always sort through their rubbish accordingly and dispose of it properly.
Conflict: Some emirates people do not care about rubbish outside their house and they throw garbage in anywhere. This contravenes with what Sweden do with rubbish.
Resolution: Emirates people must accommodate with Swedish people to maintain cleanness around cities. Also, they must inhibit wrong behavior to appear in other countries.
Meeting and Greeting:
It is important that all dealings are formal and serious when you meet with Swedish.ensure that maintaining eye contact coupled with a a firm handshake, you shake hands with all attendees on both arrival and departure.Ensure that you address your hosts with either their professional title or their honorific title and their surname - Mr. - Herr or Mrs.
Conflict: maintaining eye contact with a handshake this is socially unacceptable if foreign man shake hand with women in UAE . However, that is fine with Swedish people .
Resolution: Emirate women they should prepare for that then compromise to reach to the solution.They can clarify for Swedish people why they avoid handshake with man in tactful manner .
Food and drink :
based largely on fish, meat and potatoes, and very varied in preparation is always tasty and well presented and, at its best, is delicious. In term of drinks , alcoholic drinks are available in most restaurants , with lager-type beers and imported wines.
conflict : spreading alcoholic drinks around restaurant is a huge problem with emirate people who avoid these drinks .
resolution: Emirate people must prepare to know there are alcoholic drinks and avoid these restaurant and they should replace it with alternative restaurant .
